Deadlift 3x3
Weighted sit-ups 4x10-15
Lunges 4x6-8 per leg
Rest 5-10 minutes
4x400 meter sprints
Rest 2 minutes between intervals
Just a couple examples of how to perform a standing or seated goodmorning. Start light, I've had very good results with only 135 lbs.
