Crazy how the end of 2008 is already here. This was a huge year and we needed a beastly workout to end it.

21-15-9
Tire flips
Heavy thrusters
For time
D.G. Training:
100 burpees
rest 2 minutes
Tabata squats
Tabata push-ups
