Head down
Keep the head down while squatting, this leads to a very strong hip drive out of the bottom.
Training:
Squat 3x5
Rest 5-10 minutes
13-11-9-5-3
3-5-9-11-13
Double-unders
Weighted sit-ups (55lbs, 35lbs)
