Happy Birthday Amaya!!
Today is Amaya'a 6th birthday and we are off to Elitch gardens in Denver for some fun in the sun!
Training:
Deadlifts 3x5
Turkish getups 3x10 (5 each arm)
Training:
Deadlifts x10
squats x50
run 400 meters
5 roounds for time.
