Horrible
If I mean horrible as in extremely effective and awesome, then yes today was horrible!
Training:
10x thrusters
10x burpees
5 rounds for time
F.T.G. training:
5 one arm thrusters left arm
5 one arm thrusters right arm
10x burpees
5 rounds for time
