Another new workout!


Kristy has completed her shot term goal of running a mile without stopping! So here is another fun, challenging and brutal workout!



Kristy:
Jump rope 100 turns
10 burpees
15 push-ups
20 squats
10 rounds for time

Training:
7 pull-ups
20 burpees
5 rounds for time

What Favre did:
7 muscle ups
20 burpees
5 rounds for time
