Keeping the kids active

Yes it is cold and windy outside but that does not mean the kids will sit around and veg out on the couch. Grab them up, teach them to squat, and be an example of a healthy lifestyle.

Training:
3 tire flips
6 push-ups
9 squats
Max rounds in 20 minutes

F.T.G. training:
Cindy
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats
Max rounds in 20 minutes
