Leg blaster
Got this little diddy from Mountain Athlete. It's quite the conditioning hit packed into a once around circuit.
Training:
Warm up:
5 pull-ups
10 sit-ups
5 burpees
Then
Jumprope 10 minutes
then
20 squats
20 lunges
20 jump lunges
10 jump squats
