A little Chilly

A little chilly this morning but the athletes were able to stay warm doing this little doozy

Training:

Run 400 Meters

Then
for 3 rounds

10 push ups
12 situps
20 squats

As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes

Or
Run 400 Meters

Then
for 3 rounds
12 push ups
18 situps
24 squats

As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes
