There is nothing like completing a heart pumping set of burpees as fast as you can only to realize that on the next round, you will have to do it all over again but with one more rep.

2 burpees

5 burpees
50 rope turns

50 rope turns

50 rope turns

50 rope turns

F.T.G. training:
10 swings then 1 burpee

10 swings then 3 burpees
