CowGirl Up


The new workout earned by an athlete and to be enjoyed by all.

Cowgirl Up
1 x Double body weight deadlift
3 x Handstand push-ups
5 x Body weight overhead squats
5 rounds for time



F.T.G. training:
Complete as many handstand push-ups as possible in 20 minutes.

Training:
Press 5,5,5,5,5
