Thursday

The week of the girls continue.

Tiff:
5 thrusters (75 lbs, 105lbs)
10 pull-ups
15 burpees
10 rounds for time.

Honestly I'm not going to post a video or picture but I am going to say this workout has to be one of the most demanding and intense training sessions I and my athletes have done to date.
