Training:
Squat 3x5
Dumbbell Romanian deadlifts 3x8
Shoulder touch planks 3x8 each shoulder
Rest 5 minutes
5 dumbbell snatches each arm
5 dumbbell swings each arm
10 burpees
Rest 1 minute
5 rounds
