Wednesday

Fight to maintain the lumbar arch when moving weight. The spine is designed to support a weight the most optimally while arched.

Training:
Deadlift 3x3
Rest 5-10 minutes
7 clean+thruster (115lbs, 85lbs)
150 meter run
4 rounds for time

Military:
Deadlift 3x3
Rest 5-10 minutes
7 thrusters
7 burpees
7 rounds for time
